Stephen Hodge is an attorney at law licensed to practice law in all the courts of the State of California. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School in 1991. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, with a minor in accounting and economics, from Brigham Young University in 1988.

Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Hodge was invited to serve as law clerk to the Honorable Moody R. Tidwell, III, of the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C. Thereafter, he entered private practice in Los Angeles with the law firm of Bonne, Bridges, Mueller, O'Keefe & Nichols. Mr. Hodge is a native of Sacramento and the Elk Grove area. In 2001, he and his wife decided to return to the Sacramento area, specifically to Elk Grove. Mr. Hodge and his wife have three children, and live in the Laguna West section of Elk Grove. He has been active in the community and served on the Board of Directors of the Stonelake Homeowners' Association as Vice-President, then as President, from August 2002 to October 2004.
